Attention Graduating Seniors
Application Filing Periods
Note: To participate in the 2013 Commencement Ceremony and have your name published in the program, you must apply for Spring or Summer 2013 graduation by March 1, 2013.
- For Spring 2013 or Summer 2013 graduation, the deadline to apply is July 6, 2012.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed. - For Fall 2013 graduation, the deadline to apply is March 1, 2013.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed. - For Spring 2014 or Summer 2014 graduation, the deadline to apply is July 12, 2013.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed. - For Fall 2014 graduation, the deadline to apply is March 7, 2014.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed. - For Spring 2015 or Summer 2015 graduation, the deadline to apply is July 11, 2014.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.

Last Day to Confirm Awarding of Bachelor's Degree and Submit Documents:
- March 1, 2013 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Fall 2012
- August 16, 2013 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Spring 2013
- October 4, 2013 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Summer 2013
- March 7, 2014 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Fall 2013
- August 15, 2014 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Spring 2014
