Withdrawal Deadlines
20th day of instruction (Census) - A grade of "W" will be issued after this date. February 18
Weeks 5-12 (Late Change Form required*) February 18-April 19**
Weeks 13+: Last 3 weeks of instruction and beyond*
(Last 20% of Instruction and Retroactive form required) 		April 22-May 24**

**Withdrawals are not permitted; extraordinary circumstances only are considered.

Tuition and Other Fees - Payment Schedule
For important information regarding Spring 2013 tuition fees and mandatory campus fees, including the Fee Payment Schedule*, see University Cash Services.**

*If you fail to make your payment in full by the due dates or sign an Installment Payment Plan in person before the deadlines published in the fee payment schedule, you will be disenrolled from some or all of your classes.

**When instruction for the term begins on January 22, 2013, a $25 late fee is charged to add classes if you are currently not enrolled in any units.

Financial Aid
2012-2013 Federal and California Financial Aid application period begins January 1, 2012
Priority consideration given to those who file FAFSA by March 2, 2012
First Spring 2013 Financial Aid payments start this week (weekly thereafter) January 12, 2013
Students who remain enrolled after this date may not need to repay Financial Aid March 29, 2013
