About Us: Graduation Evaluations Staff and Office Hours

Graduation Evaluators are available for telephone and walk-in consultations during regular office hours. If you are unable to call or visit our office, you may e-mail your evaluator. All evaluators see students on a daily rotating basis Monday through Friday. If you make an unplanned visit or call, your assigned evaluator may not be available to meet with you that day. If you prefer to meet with your assigned evaluator, you may come to the office on the specific day he/she is available or you may e-mail them at your convenience. However, all evaluators have completed the same rigorous training program and adhere to the same university policy and guidelines. Please Note: An Application for Bachelor's Degree and Diploma must be on file in the Evaluations office before seeking advisement with a Graduation Evaluator.
