Information for Students


Plans for the AAPG-SEG West Coast Student Expo continue to crystallize!  The
date is set for 25-27 September 2008 and the venues will be the California State
University Northridge Student Union and College of Science and Mathematics
Buildings.

Tentative Schedule
Thursday Sept. 25 (Student Union)
2-5:30 pm  – Registration; poster set up and company table/booth set up
5:30-7:30 pm  – Catered opening event; company booths; poster judging

Friday Sept. 26 (Student Union)
8am- 5:30pm mix short course(s) and field trip(s)
5:30pm-7:30 pm Catered event; Company booths, poster awards etc.
7:30-9 pm Poster and Company Table Tear Down

Saturday Sept. 27 (College of Science and Mathematics Buildings)
8-5:30pm Company interviews

Note: We have not yet scheduled short course(s) and field trips.
We will be posting this information later this summer when we will open them for student registration. You may only submit general registration for the Expo at this time (see below) but we recommend that you submit an updated copy of your resume in early August.
