Focus on teaching effectively with technology: Whenever possible, illustrate how you can teach your subject more effectively with the use of appropriate technology.

Your own writing: All written responses should be your own, individual responses. You are encouraged to help each other, but each response must be in your own words unless expressly stated otherwise by the instructor.

Clearly cite the work of others: Include the URL of all work acquired from the web.
Thoughtful responses: Give thoughtful responses to the questions. Don't just "parrot back" what has been said in class.

Graphics: Whenever possible embed screen captures directly in the assignment templates where requested. Make certain that the graphics are well-formatted and legible!
Answers should be placed in template: Place answers and screen captures in the spaces provided in the template.
Do not include extraneous information: Include only the information necessary to fulfill the requirements specified in the templates. Include only the relevant portions of downloaded documents.
Do not "pad "your portfolio: Don't print out multiple pages of a resource when a single page will suffice.

Appearance matters!: Format your portfolio in a professional manner. Although desktop publishing a specific assignment, it is also expected that the entire portfolio is professionally formatted.
