Fellows Engaged as Resources in Mathematics to Assist Teachers

To apply for a FERMAT Fellowship, you must apply to the graduate program as well. Please submit the following materials:

1.     Application Form to the Graduate Program

2.     FERMAT- Application Form

3.     College transcripts (unofficial are acceptable)

4.     Two letters of recommendation from faculty that can assess your mathematical strengths

The materials above should be sent to:
