School: Eagle Rock High School Subject and Grades: 9th and 10th grade English (Honors and Regular) Background: Originally from the City of Brotherly Love, Mr. Malmed has been at Eagle Rock High School since 2002. He moved to Los Angeles in 2000 after working as an actor in New York and London on the stage, in film, television, and, yes, commercials too. Having had enough of the grind of the entertainment industry, Mr. Malmed began teaching Drama at Eagle Rock in 2002 and in the next year switched to the English Department because English as well as the theatre has always been a life's passion.

A little bit about me.
