The IT Help Desk provides technical support to faculty, staff, students, and guests of the University, including support for email, telephones, wireless internet access, SOLAR and CSUN Password assistance.

Our guides are designed to teach everyone from the basic user to the more advanced technology users, the skills they need to work more efficiently using current technology and software tools.
