How to make a face-to-face
appointment
To book a 30 minute face-to-face
appointment:
Call the Learning Resource Center (818)
677-2033, or stop by the appointment desk in SS414.
Some same day walk-in appointments may
be available, but they are limited. To be sure you get an appointment,
book an appointment in advance.
Indicate for which class you're making
an appointment.
Mark down the day, date, and time of your
appointment, as well as the tutor's or the consultant's name. If
you make an appointment at the center, you will be given this information
on a bookmark.
If you can't keep the appointment, please
call (818) 677-2033 to cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment time.
(You will be limited to walk-in appointments If you don't show up for 2
or more appointments, or if you call less than two hours before your appointment.)
