Information about tests will be posted here. Any changes in schedule or policies will also be posted here. As of the beginning of the semester, this page includes directions for updating the software that comes with your textbook, and some data about grades from a previous semester.
In Explorer Right click on exercise file link and choose “Save target to disk” from the pull-down menu. Launch the Tarski's World, Boole, or Fitch as appropriate. Use “Open” command to open the file. If that does not work, add the appropriate suffix to the file name “.sen” for sentences, “.tt” for truth tables, “.prf” for proofs) and try again. In Netscape While holding down the “alt/option” key, click on exercise file and choose “Save link target as …” from the pull-down menu. If you get gibberish or code when you open the file, try following the instructions for Explorer. In Safari While holding down the “control” key, click on the exercise file and choose “Download linked file as ...”. (If you hold down “alt/option” instead of “control”, “.html” or “.txt” may be added at the end of the filename and must be deleted.) In Firefox While holding down the “alt/option”, just click on the exercise file. To save file somewhere other than your default location for downloads, hold down “Control” instead of “alt/option”.
