The purpose of College Students in Broadcasting is to provide opportunities to meet and network with professionals in the radio, television, and film industries. Members expand their knowledge and understanding through extracurricular activities and projects.

Membership in College Students in Broadcasting is only $10 for each academic year (Fall thru Spring). The club organizes activities for its members such as attending television show tapings, bringing in industry professionals as guest speakers, and going on field trips to production facilities.
